Brenda will be leading the class, and we will be making a start on those pesky Christmas cards! There will be six in total, utilising the lovely Hunkydory little books, so the images will vary. We will also be making and decorating a gift bag to put them in.
All materials will be provided, but if you want to bring some extra Christmassy bling to add to your cards or bag, please do!
I have just been given the details of your Busy Bee club and although I won't be able to join until October wonder if it's possible to put my name down. I have done some card making myself but am not at all confident. Could you please let me have the details as to what I need to bring if I am accepted and where exactly the venue is. I live in Collier Row Lane. I look forward to hearing from you and thanks.
Hi, not a problem at all! We look forward to meeting you in October. The class meets in the Catholic Church hall in Lowshoe Lane and the time is between 10.00 am and 12.15. We normally arrive to set up at around 9.20 to 9.30 am, so if you want to come a little earlier on the first time you can. We are a friendly bunch and there will be plenty of people who are more than happy to support you if you need it.
Refreshments are provided, but you will need to bring a mug with you as we don't have many spares. You can make yourself a drink at any time during the morning.
With regard to craft equipment, most of our projects use the usual - scissors, glue, pencil, ruler, cutting mat, ds tape. If you do need anything else for a project it will either be made available for you to use or we let you know at the previous class, or on the blog. All the projects are posted here so you can have an idea of what we are going to be making.
I hope you enjoy yourself - and I'm very much looking forward to meeting you.
